The tankless heater replaces my hot water tank, I`m in West Palm Fl. the heater works fine 8 months out of the year.

So far so good it’s been one week. Make sure you read the electrical instructions very well. If your replacing a tank water heater more then likely it’s a 40amp brakes

Two months and so far so good. First one was either hit by lightning or mafunctioned in less than 2 years. I’m trying again.
